"An identity all its own" was the charge developer Jerry McLamb gave architect Rick Robbins for his first area project - the golf course to be built on McLamb's 500 acre family homestead. With a links-style front nine rolling through what had been tobacco and vegetable gardens, and the back nine cut through old forest land for a decidedly wilder sensation, Crow Creek more than meets the demand. The Crow Creek promise is quickly fulfilled - a distinctively challenging, thoroughly enjoyable day of golf for all.
Crow Creek was designed by architect Rick Robbins - his first Myrtle Beach area project. Robbins' Mill Creek in Mebane, NC, was recently named Best New Course in North Carolina by North Carolina Magazine, and 6th Best New Affordable Public Course in the US by Golf Digest. Throughout, L-93 bentgrass greens and lush Tifsport fairways blend for perfect playing conditions. A Lowcountry clubhouse, pro shop, bar and grill, and an old-time fishing cabin perfect for picnics and corporate outings enhance the Crow Creek experience.
