Technique for hitting the new line of “OVERSIZED DRIVERS”
Problem: Players purchasing the New Technology Drivers (large oversized Club Heads with wider club faces) are experiencing the problem of, (a), Ball Flight Trajectory being very Low and (b), a loss of Distance.
Cause: Incorrect Setup Mechanic(s)
1) the ball is teed too low at setup,
2) the ball is placed too far back in the Stance,
3) the body weight is usually tilted toward the Forward foot,
4) the clubface is slightly closed ,
Rx Recommended; Assuming the FLEX of the Driver Shaft fits the player’s Club Head Speed (e.g. Lady’s, Senior, Regular, or Stiff Flex), the following is recommended,
