• Create Account/Log In: You must first create an account, or log in to your existing account if you will be reserving a tee time. This step is required to deter abuse of the live tee time reservation system.
• Select A Package: Package types are described below these instructions.
• Add Package Details: Select where you would like to stay, enter the number of guests, when you will arrive and the number of nights you will be staying. If you are creating a multi-round golf package, enter the number of golfers also. Any package may be created without accommodations if you are local or would prefer to arrange your own stay. Simply leave the number of guests blank.
• Reserve Tee Times: Search for and book your tee times using our live tee time booking engine.
• Maximum Persons: A package may contain of a maximum of 32 persons. An itinerary may consist of multiple packages if necessary. The total number of persons in the itinerary is calculated by adding up the number of guests and/or golfers within each package. For example, 2 packages containing 10 persons each will be considered 20 total persons.
• Payment: You may choose to pay in full or pay a $100.00 per person deposit. Itineraries beginning within 15 days of today (Saturday, May 24 or sooner) must be paid in full at checkout.
• Final Due Date: If you choose to pay a deposit at checkout, the final due date will be 15 days before the start of your itinerary. The earliest date (check-in date or tee time) within your itinerary will be considered the start date.
• Installments: For your convenience, installments may be made at any time, and by any member of your group, up until the due date. Simply click the Make Installment link and enter the Itinerary No. and total cost of the itinerary. The minimum installment will be the lesser of $100.00 or the total deferred payment (itinerary cost minus deposit), divided by total number of persons within your group. You may log into your account at any time to see who has paid and the balance due. An additional service charge of $1.00 will be charged at each installment.

Package Types

1. Multi-Round Golf Packages - Multi-Round Golf Packages are structured packages consisting of a set number of rounds within a given group of courses. Some packages may include one or more rounds at "Premium" courses at reduced rates. Each tee time within a Multi-Round Golf Package will contain the same number of golfers. Accommodations may also be reserved under Multi-Round Golf Packages, in which case tee time reservation dates will be limited to the dates of your stay.
2. "Stay & Play" Custom Packages - Our Custom Package allows you to add Golf & Accommodations or you may create a package consisting of Golf or Accommodations only. Tee times may be reserved at any golf course. If you do choose accommodations, tee time reservation dates will be limited to the dates of your stay. Individual tee time reservervations may be also made for different numbers of golfers each round.

If the beginning date of your itinerary is within 15 days of today (Sat, 05/24/2008), you will be charged in full at checkout. Otherwise we require a down payment of $100.00 per person, although you may still choose to pay in full if you wish.

The number of persons in your itinerary is calculated by adding the number of persons within each package.

The beginning date of your itinerary is calculated by selecting the earliest date of all check-in dates and tee times out of all packages within your itinerary.
